Our Story
Chicken Union brings a taste of Korea to Stirling, inspired by over 40 years of culinary experience from a family-run restaurant in Hong Kong.
We specialise in Korean fried chicken made using a 5-star hotel recipe, with fresh, never frozen chicken prepared daily. Every piece is carefully marinated and cooked to deliver a crispy, flavour-packed experience — whether you dine in, takeaway, or order online.
In 2022, we were honoured to be awarded Scotland’s Best Takeaway at the Just Eat Restaurant Awards. Thank you for your continued support.
